	Randy Hart Owner/Partner Randy joined Annie Metzler Insurance in 1999. The two knew each other for a number of years before Randy joined the agency. Randy is a graduate of Solanco High School and Millersville University. After Annie's death in 2009, Randy and Kevin Kreider took over ownership of the agency. Randy is married to Debbie, who teaches elementary art in the Solanco School District. They have a daughter, Leann, a daughter, Marla and a son, Marcus. Randy enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his Challenger Little League team April through June.			Kevin Kreider Owner/Partner Kevin Joined Annie Metzler Insurance in 2006 to work for his aunt and founder Annie Metzler. After her passing in 2009, Kevin and long-time family friend Randy Hart took over ownership of the agency. Kevin is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite School. Kevin is married to Courtney and has two stepdaughters. When not at work Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and riding his motorcycle.
	Brent Landis Owner/Partner Brent specializes in farms, agribusinesses and commercial customers at Annie Metzler Insurance. He joined the agency in 2013 as an Owner/Partner after working for another insurance agency for over 5 years. Brent does own and operate a crop farm in Strasburg in his spare time. He is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite School and Penn State University with a B.S. in Ag Business Management. Brent is married to Yvonne and they have 3 children. They are active at Strasburg Mennonite Church. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on his farm & hunting.			Krissa Crump Customer Service Representative Krissa began working as a customer service representative at Annie Metzler Insurance in 2017. Previous to insurance, Krissa worked in banking. She is a graduate of Solanco High School and Millersville University with a BA in History. Krissa is married to Jerry and they have 2 daughters, Cierra and Maven. Krissa is an active member of Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church. When Krissa isn't spending time with her family, she enjoys outdoor activities and reading.
	Kelly Herr Customer Service Representative Kelly is a customer service representative at Annie Metzler Insurance. She is a 1987 graduate of Solanco High School and joined the agency in 1993 as a licensed producer. Kelly is married to Bryan and has a son Brandon, a daughter Amanda and two grandsons Jeremy and Parker. Kelly is a member of Providence Church and is active in community service. She enjoys outdoor activities, cooking & antiquing.			Monica Byers Customer Service Representative Monica began working at Annie Metzler Insurance as a customer service representative in 2013. Prior to that she worked in banking for over ten years. Monica and her husband, Bryan, live on his family's farm in Quarryville where they grow and manage ducks for Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, ltd. With their four daughters, Larissa, Haylee, Krysten & Mariah, they enjoy riding horses, trips to the mountains and the beach, and spending time outdoors.
	Kelly Fryberger Customer Service Representative Kelly started her career in the insurance industry in 2007. She began working here at the agency in fall of 2021. She is a Solanco High School graduate. Kelly is married to Jon and together they have 5 wonderful children, Austin, Sheldon, Ali, Dalton & Rylee. She enjoys going hiking, and taking trips to the beach and the mountains.
